Quality Is Key For CompoundLabs

We pride ourselves in always delivering optimal, personalised healthcare by providing high quality medications and advice.

Not Your Ordinary Pharmacy

  • We aren't your ordinary pharmacy! Our quality, standards and processes are all to ensure that we provide our patients with high quality medicines to help them manage their health

  • In many cases, personalised doses are crucial. Therefore, the right skills, technology and processes must be in place to ensure that a personalised product is made correctly and of a high quality

Standards And Processes

CompoundLabs holds a Pharmacy Licence and operates in accordance with NZS 8134.7 Health and Disability Services - Pharmacy Services Standard.

Our quality management system ensures the quality and safety of all products that we compound and dispense. We have clearly specified and documented procedures and a commitment to quality for every aspect of the process.

  • This includes certified starting materials, monitored storage conditions, robust and comprehensive compounding, dispensing, release, quality assurance, personnel and training, health and safety and other operational procedures

Specialised Equipment

  • We use specialised equipment that helps us prepare personalised medication into the exact prescription that a patient needs

  • On occasion we still do use a mortal and pestle, just like pharmacies did a long time ago. This surprisingly still is a useful technique for grinding up small amounts of pharmaceutical ingredients

  • We also control our compounding environment with filtered air, via a high-quality, customised air conditioning system
