What is 7-Keto
DHEA 7-Keto (7-Keto) is a naturally occurring metabolite produced in the adrenal glands.
Scientific studies in both animal and human studies suggests that 7-Keto can help support normal calorie burning rate. People take 7-Keto to support normal metabolism for converting energy to heat instead of storing it as fat. 7-Keto is also used to support normal lean body mass and support normal activity of the thyroid gland.
7-Keto supports the process of thermogenesis. This term refers to the creation of heat, which is one of the forms of energy produced when the body’s cells metabolize the food we eat.
Studies have demonstrated that 7-Keto does not accumulate in the body over time and is free of unhealthy side effects.
Direction for use
7-Keto D is best taken in the morning or as directed by your healthcare professional. Avoid taking 7-Keto D at night as it may affect sleep
Seek advice from your healthcare professional if you are taking anticoagulants or thyroid medications.
There are no added artificial colours, sweeteners, preservatives or flavours and is gluten, dairy and soy free.
Recommended dose guidelines for the capsules are outlined below:

- Women 7-Keto capsules, 20 mg
