Active Ingredients in One Gelatin Capsule:

5-Hydroxytryptophan - 50mg

No added: Gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours or preservatives.

Also contains: Calcium lactate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, tapioca powder. Calcium content (from calcium lactate) 48mg/capsule.

5-HTP Mood Care Recommended Dosage:

Adults: 1 to 3 capsules at night or as directed

Contraindications & Cautions

Clinicians 5-HTP Mood Care contains 5-HTP which should not be used alongside SSRI and MAOI anti-depressant medication. Individuals taking these medications should use Clinicians 5-HTP Mood Care under the health professional supervision, or should not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the direction of a health professional.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Little is known about the use of the ingredients contained in Clinicians 5-HTP Mood Care in pregnancy and breastfeeding. This supplement is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and is not suitable for children.
