CompoundLabs' Magnesium Citrate
Magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems that support diverse biochemical reactions in the body, including protein synthesis, normal muscle and nerve function, normal blood sugar balance and normal blood pressure. Therefore, supplementation may be supportive for normal function in the body.
What is Magnesium Citrate
Not all magnesium's are equal. Each form of magnesium has a different level of absorption in the body. This is sometimes called its ‘Elemental’ factor. The level ‘elemental’ magnesium in a supplement indicates how much may be absorbed by the body.
Magnesium citrate is a well absorbed form of magnesium which has been formulated to support normal immune, hormonal and cardiovascular function. Magnesium supports natural restful sleep and during periods of nervous tension. Magnesium supports normal healthy functioning helping to ease tense, tired muscles. Magnesium plays an important part in the normal functioning of muscle and nerve tissue.
There are no added artificial colours, sweeteners, preservatives or flavours and is gluten, dairy and soy free.

These are fantastic! They really help with getting a good nights sleep. I'm even remembering my dreams after years of not recalling them. It's a good idea to have a glass of water handy as you'll wake up a little dry.

I have been taking your magnesium 900.,for quite a while,
but a friend asked me why, the difference between the 900mg title claim and the 350 Magnesium content on the label?
I had to admit,I didn't know!.....
Could you please clarify for me.
Also interestingly.. despite my daily 900. I still have poor sleep and some serious cramps...Do I need a companion to my 900?
